Many hands are necessary for the success of the refugee women's work. Volunteer jobs include: sorting fabric, ironing, cutting out projects, and organizing supplies from beads to threads. Volunteers often work directly with the artists to help them complete an article they have designed and embroidered. From the beginning of projects to a sellable completion, volunteers work towards the women’s success.

Volunteers are backbone of Second Stitch. Tasks include sorting donations, measuring fabric and setting up for our pop-up shops.

If you'd like to be a part of Stitch Buffalo, please fill out our volunteer survey to share a little more about your interests and talents. Non-native (English as a second language) speakers are welcome to join as volunteers. We would love for you to join us!
