What’s a Craft Party?
Craft parties are private events at the Stitch Buffalo studio, scheduled by appointment. During the two-hour party, you and your guests will have time to create a simple craft together. The process is guided by a Stitch Buffalo teacher every step of the way, and all materials are included. You'll learn about Stitch Buffalo and have a chance to explore our gift shop, too. Want to bring your favorite snacks/drinks to enjoy together? Great! We'll provide the paper products.

What Ages Can Attend? How Many People Can I Bring?
They are specifically designed for adults or teens/tweens, but many projects are also suitable—or can be adapted—for groups of kids ages 8–13. A Stitch Buffalo staff member will be happy to assist you in selecting a project that will work well for your group’s ages and skill levels.

What Is the Cost? How Do I Book?
We've created a list of crafts to choose from—so all you need to do is pick a craft, contact us to book a date, then invite your guests! The cost per party is $175 (includes facility fee, all supplies, instruction, and up to 6 guests). You may add additional guests for $20 each, up to a maximum of 10 attendees. If your group is larger than 10, we will do our best to accommodate you but not all projects will be feasible. Off-site parties may be available selectively; please contact us for details. Payment in full is required to reserve your date and time and may be made by credit card, check, or cash.

The Nitty Gritty

1. BASICS
A. Stitch Buffalo craft parties are private events for 5 to 10 individuals.
B. Sessions will be no more than two hours.
C. Parties are booked during hours when the Stitch Buffalo store/studio is closed to the public. (For offsite parties, see 5B below.)

2. CRAFTS
A. During the party, the group will have time to create one craft (a single activity for the whole group).
B. Stitch Buffalo will supply a list of simple craft project options and the customer hosting the party will select a craft at the time the session is booked.
C. Each craft will be guided by a Stitch Buffalo instructor.

3. FOOD/DRINK
A. Guests may enjoy snacks/drinks provided by the customer hosting the party.
B. Stitch Buffalo will provide paper goods for food/beverage service.

4. PUBLIC HEALTH
A. Stitch Buffalo complies with all current local, state, and federal guidelines regarding health and safety. Please be prepared to adhere to these recommendations when visiting our store/studio.

5. FEES AND PAYMENT
A. For on-site parties, payment in full is required to reserve your date and time. This covers the use of the Stitch Buffalo space, the instructor, all supplies, as well as paper products for snacks/drinks. If attendees are added to your group after a date/time is reserved, please let us know ASAP and we will invoice you for the balance prior to the event date.
B. Selectively, off-site parties may be booked for an additional charge. These parties must be within 30 minutes drive of the Stitch Buffalo store/studio. Please contact us for details.
