2026 Textile Art Summer Camp
Scholarship Application


Stitch Buffalo anticipates having a small number of scholarship seats available for our 2026 Youth Summer Camp. If your child loves to create, is eager to learn, and would be unable to attend without this scholarship, please apply!

Priority will be given to students living in zip codes identified by United Way of Buffalo and Erie County as having a high-need areas: 14201, 14202, 14203, 14204, 14206, 14207, 14208, 14209, 14210, 14211, 14212, 14213, 14215, 14216, 14218, and 14220. 

Dates and Times:
Each session runs five days (Monday–Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm). Students should commit to attend all five days in their session, as the materials presented are sequential. Breakfast, lunch & snacks are provided for all campers.

Session 1: July 13–17
Session 2: July 20–24
Session 3: July 27–31

Location:
All classes will be held at the Stitch Buffalo store/studio, located at 284 Plymouth Avenue, Buffalo, NY (near D’Youville University).

About:
Kids ages 8–13 are invited to explore their creativity at Stitch Buffalo during summer sessions introducing a wide variety of textile arts, materials, and processes. Working in our diverse and inclusive studio over the course of a five-day session, students will learn the fundamentals of sewing, dyeing, weaving, printing, embroidery, and more—plus develop their design and collaborative skills in a relaxed, encouraging environment.
