Stitch Buffalo is seeking a detail‑oriented, trustworthy, and reliable Part‑Time Bookkeeper to join our team and support our day‑to‑day financial operations. In this role, you will help maintain accurate financial records, manage routine accounting tasks, and ensure our books remain organized and up to date. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working independently, and looking for a flexible schedule within a collaborative, supportive environment.

Part-time, approximately 15-20 hours per week; minimum 6 hours on-site per week.

Community Class Instructors
Hand Sewing and Mending Instructor

This instructor will lead 1–2 community classes per month covering skills including basic hand stitches (running stitch; backstitch; whip stitch; slip/ladder stitch; and blanket stitch) as well as how to patch small holes, repair hems, sew on buttons, and fix open seams. These could include embroidery, cross-stitch, needlepoint, bargello, thread painting, goldwork, blackwork, stumpwork, crewel, candlewicking, ribbon embroidery, or any other specialty technique. This includes: selecting materials; accurate cutting and assembly of basic blocks; sandwiching the backing, batting, and top; basic quilting techniques for hand and machine sewing; approaches to binding and project finishing.
