Textile Dreamscapes: Simple Embroidery and Hand Stitching—August 22, 2026 (10:00am–2:00pm)
Layer pieces of fabric and play with simple, beginner-friendly hand embroidery stitches to create your own piece of textile art suitable for framing. This is a very loose, freestyle process using fabric scraps and any kind of thread or yarn that you want to play and design with.
INSTRUCTOR:
Cheri Vogelbaum is a multi-disciplinary artist and creative instructor with years of experience teaching hands-on techniques in textiles and jewelry. Her classes focus on building skills, confidence, and a supportive space for creative exploration.
SUSTAINABILITY:
Stitch Buffalo is committed to fostering sustainability practices and reducing waste in the textile industry. In this workshop, we will strive to minimize waste and work as much as possible with supplies that have been rescued for reuse.
